OTR Training at REMA TIP TOP AG, Germany (Scheduled for October 16-20, 2017)
REMA TIP TOP/North America, Inc. is pleased to announce the dates of our EM-Thermopress Training schedule, in Munich Germany for 2017. These OTR Repair Seminars are conducted under the supervision of REMA TIP TOP AG “factory certified” OTR/Technical Specialists. Seminar instruction is 95% hands-on training with corresponding classroom presentation. Group size is limited to 6 students per class.
Scheduled for October 16-20, 2017 (week 42)
- Attendance fee of $495.00/USD includes training seminar, lodging, breakfast, lunch and two dinners.
- Airfare to Munich is the responsibility of the attendee.
- A current passport is required for travel to Europe.
- REMA TIP TOP/North America, Inc. Sales or Technical personnel will accompany attendees during these Seminar dates.

REMA TIP TOP Product Training Two Day Course
REMA TIP TOP Product Training Curriculum Details
This two day course has been developed to assist distributor sales staff to recognize various repairs & retread systems in the field and recommend the appropriate rubber and chemical combinations to achieve continuous and correct repair results with REMA TIP TOP products.
Each tire market segment has individual needs for either chemical cure or heat cure repair processes. This curriculum simplifies and identifies the products necessary to reliably get superior results regardless of the system used to repair tire injuries.
Each attendee will get a binder that includes the classroom presentations with ample room for notes during the presentations. Every class consumes two full days of both classroom and shop time. Class begins at 8:00am on Tuesday and concludes at 5:00pm on Wednesday. Monday and Thursday are considered travel days for attendees.
Automotive, Light Truck, Truck, Agricultural & OTR Tires.
- Identify various Types of Tire Repairs
- Understand Retread Systems
- Describe Rubber & Chemical Procedures to perform Correct Tire Repair
- Understand Chemical Cure vs. Heat Cure Techniques
The class will be held at our distribution facility in Georgia.

Atlanta Hartsfield Airport (ATL). Madison is 60 miles from this airport, East on I-20 off the I-285 bypass.
Transportation is not provided by REMA TIP TOP.
Rental cars are available at the airport by all major rental car companies.
