Repair Patches and Repair Strips

REMA TIP TOP patches feature a feather edge to ensure they can stretch evenly in all directions, resulting in a perfect bond and seamless repair. To select the best patch, use the size and shape of the damage area to determine which patch would best cover the damage with a 2-3” shoulder around all edges to provide a good surface area for bonding.

Round Patches

For the repair of small damaged areas in belt covers.

  • Use with any SC Cement
  • CN bonding layer backing ensures a strong, durable bond
  • Hardness: 64 Shore A

 

Available Sizes:

  • CN21 (3 1/4″ dia.), CN23 (4 3/4″ dia.)

Diamond Patches

For the repair of large damaged areas in belt covers.

  • Available with fabric reinforcement for damage that includes the ply
  • Use with any SC Cement
  • CN bonding layer backing ensures a strong, durable bond

 

Available Sizes:

  • Non-Reinforced: CN1 (6″ x 5″), CN2 (10″ x 8″), CN3 (14″ x 10″)
  • Fabric Reinforced (EP160): 5305511 (6″ x 5″), 5305528 (10″ x 8″), 5305535 (14″ x 10″)

Rectangular Patches

For the repair of damaged belt covers.

  • Use with any SC Cement
  • CN bonding layer backing ensures a strong, durable bond

Repair Strip

For the repair of longitudinal belt cover damage.

  • Available with fabric reinforcement for damage that includes the ply
  • Cut to length
  • Available with EP 160 fabric reinforcement
  • Available in speciality compounds
  • Repair strip V: Self-extinguishing, antistatic and moderate oil resistance

  • Add additional strips for layer repairs
