REMA TIP TOP’s Belt Cleaners range includes T-Bar primary scrapers, CAB Green and CAB Grey secondary cleaners, and a high-performance rotary cleaning brush. Engineered for effective carryback control, these cleaners minimize spillage, prevent material buildup, and extend conveyor belt and component life. Suitable for mining, aggregates, and general bulk-handling, they improve operational efficiency and reduce maintenance demands.
REMACLEAN KWA T-Bar Scrapers
The REMACLEAN KWA T-Bar is a high performance, belt friendly cleaning system that has been developed to offer outstanding cleaning performance at an economical price. It incorporates three abrasion resistant rubber scraping strips all in one bar. The bar can be rotated to a new rubber scraper after wear occurs. Fast scraper installations using a choice of tensioning units. Replacing the rubber scraper bar is also fast and easy.
Areas of Application
- For conveyor belt widths from 24″ through 60″
- Works well with both hot vulcanized splices and metal clips
- For belt speeds up to 490 f.p.m.
- Do not use on reversing belts

REMACLEAN - CAB Green
REMACLEAN Green Combination Scraper Rubber is a three-ply combi scraping rubber (CAB) with wear resistant outer layer and elastic inner layer. The combi scraper rubber may protrude from its support up to 1.5 times its thickness. This combination provides excellent conveyor belt cleaning and can utilize existing scraper devices (“V” plows, angled plows, etc.) already mounted on the system.

- Combination scraper rubber for granular, slightly sticky and moist material

- Consists of three layers of rubber, two hard rubber outer layers surrounding a soft inner core.
- This combination provides excellent conveyor belt cleaning and can utilize existing scraper devices mounted on the system.
- The dual rubber design provides the best cleaning and abrasion resistance available.
- It routinely outperforms urethane and other rubber compounds for service life and cleaning ability.
- Harder outer layers provide a scraping/cleaning effect, while the softer inner layer bulges out under compression and provides a wiping/cleaning action.
