• Mix, measure and weigh all product ingredients to specification.
• Operate 60- & 84-inch mills.
• Operate calendar.
• Operate windup table.
• Operate slitter.
• Operate extruder.
• Operate core cutter.
• Operate overhead crane.
• Operate forklift.
• Perform routine forklift inspection.
• Perform routine equipment checks and report any issues.
• Utilize technical program to create and print labels.
• Adhere labels.
• Utilize and read tape measures, calipers, gauges and scales.
• Meet all production standards; perform work in an accurate and efficient manner.
• Work in a safe manner adhering to all established safety guidelines and requirements.
• Accurately complete work order paperwork on a daily basis.
• Ensure that business goals, deadlines and performance standards are met.
• Follow all outlined processing specifications, understanding and achieving all quality requirements.
• Maintain an organized and clean work environment.
• Clean work area at the conclusion of each shift.
