BC 3004 Blue Cement
REMA TIP TOP’s BC 3004 Blue Cement is specially developed for rubber lining large surface areas and applications where extended drying time is needed. Under normal working temperatures, BC 3004 Blue Cement offers a pot life of up to six hours and a tack time of six hours, allowing you to bond large surface areas without the risk of over-drying.
BC 3004 Blue Cement delivers excellent bonding properties and performs ideally in wear and corrosion protection applications — bonding rubber to rubber or rubber to metal over large surfaces such as vessels, hoppers, tanks, and large pulley lagging, as well as on-site installations.
Optimum adhesion is achieved when bonding REMA TIP TOP products with CN-Bonding layer.
Not suitable for repairing and splicing conveyor belts or for bonding that requires high initial adhesion strength.
