REMA TIP TOP’s SC 4000 White Cement, when catalyzed with the appropriate amount of REMA TIP TOP Hardener, delivers all the advantages and strength of our SC 4000 Black Cement — with the added benefit of FDA-compliant, food-grade adhesive performance.
Developed for splicing light- and heavy-duty industrial belting, SC 4000 White Cement handles repairs and endless splicing of chloroprene belts, bonds rubber to metal, fabric to fabric, and rubber to fabric. SC 4000 White Cement also works for splicing fabric carcass belts and bonds a wide range of elastomers commonly used in the food processing industry — for example, bonding cleats to belting and pulley lagging to metal.
SC 4000 White Cement is also ideal for lining installations: bonding rubber to rubber, rubber to fabric, rubber to steel, rubber to concrete, fiberglass, and urethane, as well as splicing and repairing fabric conveyor belting. Repairs to existing rubber-lined vessels and rubber components are also recommended applications.
