T2 Repair System

The T2 System is REMA TIP TOP’s mobile repair solution for rubber-only damage to conveyor belts, OTR tires, rubber tracks, and rubber components. The system centers on the T2 Compound Master Extruder Gun, which mixes and activates a two-part elastomer compound that self-vulcanizes at ambient temperatures — eliminating the need for heavy vulcanizing equipment.

T2 Repair System​

The T2 Repair System’s main component is the Extruder gun. It is custom designed to mix the A&B compounds, which starts the vulcanization process. Ideal for rubber repairs in abusive, heavy applications.

T2 COMPOUND MASTER Extruder Gun

The T2 Compound Master Extruder Gun is a compact, custom-designed hand extruder that efficiently mixes the A&B compounds to initiate the vulcanization process, enabling easy and precise application of uncured T2 compound on-site and in the workshop — ideal for rubber repairs in abusive, heavy-duty applications.

T2 Compound A + B

Two-part self-vulcanizing elastomer material

The two-compound elastomer material is mixed and activated in the extruder gun, self-vulcanizing at an ambient temperature of at least 65°F. There is no need for additional hot-vulcanizing equipment.

T2 Solution A + B

Two-component adhesive rubber solution for the preparation of the already buffed repair area.

T2 Cleaning Rubber

Non-vulcanizing elastomer for cleaning and warming up the T2 Compound Master extruder gun.
